29 cycling trails with permanent timing:
the Alpe d’Huez ascent,
the Marmotte route,
all the mountain passes (cols),
climbs up to the ski resorts and perched villages.
Measure your performance individually, with a partner or with your club... and see your time and the overall rankings on the Internet!
Each route (up to the mountain passes, ski resorts or perched villages for example) has Timtoo Timing terminals located at the start and the finish that are triggered by microchips identifying each cyclist.
1. Rent (or buy) a microchip from the tourist office or an approved distributer (a full list is available below)
2. Activate the microchip and attach it to your clothing or your bike
3. Cycle your chosen route, making sure you pass in front of the ‘Start’ and ‘Finish’ flags
4. Look for your time (updated hourly) on this website: Results
microchip rental: €3/day (+ deposit)
microchip purchase: €26.50 € (+ 1€ for the battery). This microchip is valid 1 year.
The microchip is valid for all Timtoo Timing routes in France, Italy and Switzerland. A list of the routes is available on www.timtoo.com
